Receipt & assessment of client & their job requirements


A detailed discussion with the client is initiated so that the technical requirement of the client is understood. A detailed Job description of the position is provided by the client, thereafter questions are asked to sort our queries. We also spend time to understand the client's organization, its culture, challenges and opportunities to ensure there are lasting fit and the attractions of the role. The search starts when we get a complete idea of the requirement.

Screening and sourcing of suitable candidates


We source the candidates through various medium like Job Portals, References, Head- Hunting, Networking Sites and Forums, Database and so on. Candidates are approached in absolute confidence

Short listing


We present our client with the soft copies of the candidate's detailed profile. Our opinions are expressed forthrightly and without bias or conflict.

Communication and Interview Management


We work with the client to arrange and plan the interview process for the short listed candidates. We work closely with both the client and the candidates to ensure each party gets feedback. The post-interview debriefs/ feedbacks are an essential and delicate part of the process.

Selection and Offer Confirmation

Joining and Final Placement


Once the offer is accepted, the candidate joins the organization on the decided date.
